Cantabile'08 - Ticketing hello choristers! here's what i briefed u guys about that day, and some add-ons. please read carefully. ** please note that the closing date for sales has been changed from tuesday 8/4 to wednesday 9/4 because we dont have prac on tues. Total Capacity at VCH: 654 stall seats & 189 circle seats. Our aim: FULL HOUSE! (: 1st April: Collection day 1. Each chorister is allocated tickets for 10 stall & 2 circle seats. (ie worth $150) 2. Collect from ticketing committee: Sops - Michelle Koh Altos - Eunice Yeap Guys - Chian Siang * please check that the tickets you have collected are of the correct serial number as that printed on the collection name list, and sign. * if you need more tickets, please do the transactions within the choir. CAUTION: If you take tickets from some other chorister, please remember to PAY him/her. ALL monetary transactions are to be done BEFORE the closing date. 9th April: Closing date 1. All choristers are to hand in ALL the money collected from sales, & ALL unsold tickets, to your respective Ticketing Comm members. 2. To avoid chaos, please bring the exact amount of cash. * write down the serial # of the unsold tickets. * account for the total number of circle & stall seats tickets you have sold, EXCLUDING transactions you have made with other choristers, and sign. NOTE: 1. You can leave tickets outside the door at VCH for your friends. (a) these reserved tickets should have been paid for already, AND all placed in an envelope. (b) hold onto these reserved tickets & look for me individually on FRIDAY, 11/4. (c) write down YOUR NAME, the RECIPIENT's name/choir's name, AND their contact number on the envelope. 2. Orders as a choir/school/ALUMNI should be given to me asap, LATEST by Wednesday 9/4, 5pm. 3. Money collected from these sales from outside schools, are to be handed in to me LATEST by Friday, 11/4, 5pm. *choristers who went back to their secondary schools to promote, please ensure that they give u the correct amount of money for the tickets they bought. *their tickets will be left outside the door at VCH on the concert day, arranged according to their respective schools/choirs. *u may want to give me a name list of the people who bought, so that i can attach it to a big envelope containing all their tickets, thus preventing confusion outside the door on that day. please do your part and promote extensively for this concert. talk to everyone u see and tell them how fantastic our performance will be! haha and encourage them to go and support us as a class/clique, and then go for dinner tgt after the concert!
