Hi all, Sorry for not updating the blog eversince the new committee stepped up. I hope all of you will agree that the last 2 months were very eventful and I believe it is a good start for us as NJChoir'10-11. =) Now, it is time for us as a choir to calm ourselves down and prepare for our exams. For SH1s it is 29 more days while for JHs it is 34 more days. The number may seem to be big, but trust me all these days will just pass by in a blink of an eye. I hope all of you will really really grab this FEW days left to catch up and study HARD and SMART! Thus, we will be having a CHOIR STUDY GROUP. =) I think some of the SLs would have started asking everybody regarding which day you would attend. Here are the details if you have not recieved any information from your SLs: Date: 14 September (TUE) or 16 September (THURS) Time: 5pm-7pm Venue: Library Extra Information: - For Tuesday or Thursday, Nicole or me will be in charge respectively so meet us 4.50pm outside the library. Those who will be having consultation or extra lessons on that day just come to the library to find us. - Attendance will be taken by Nicole or me for the respective dates. The main purpose of this study group is to gather everyone of us and settle ourselves down to prepare for the ever-so-important exams. I know some of you guys probably are preparing to do it during the September Holidays, but why not help the rest of your beloved choir friends who have not settled down yet? For those of you who do not feel like attending, I guess you have try to look at the persepective where the study group is a time for you to spend time with the choir(I know you did alot of that during YOG rehearsals) and at the same time learn together as a choir like how we will learn music together. For some of you it may be a session for you to ask questions. I believe out of the many people there, somebody would definitely know how to answer your question(Choir people are quite SMART yea?). While for some, it is just time for you guys to study out as you probably can't study at home, so why not do it with the choir? =) Do think it through. =) JEREMY TAN 9:11 PM
