Angel and Mortal Hello!:) I'm sure most of us would have received letters/gifts from our angels:) But since there wasnt really much briefing given, i hope that this post would make the game a lot clearer. Ok so what is Angel & Mortal about? 1) Find out who your mortal is from the red piece of paper under your warm and fuzzy booklet (if you have problems with this please look for andrea:)) 2) Find out who this person is if you have never heard this name in your life before 3) Shower him/her with loads of love and care and concern:) 4) The floral print dustbin and basket are for both angels and mortals to put in notes/thank you notes/gifts/thankyougifts for your mortals/angels 5) This means that everyone in choir is BOTH an angel and mortal AT THE SAME TIME 6) It's a TWO way system! you can talk and be nice to BOTH your angel and your mortal So! regularly check for things from both your angel and your mortal:) That's all there is actually! haha but the fun comes in when you try to find out who your angel is!:) However, there are some extreme views which need to be corrected Firstly, it's just a game... haha so don't take it too seriously by that i mean buy your mortal a ferrari or like spend $2000 on their gifts... Haha but a nice box of lozenges or a customized note will be nice:) Secondly, this game works purely on trust. All of us will be someone else's angel, so if you don't do someting special for your mortal, it'll be extremely extremely sad for your mortal:( Imagine if you see other people getting gifts/nice notes and you sit their watching others' sad expression:(( It's HORRIBLE:( To add on, your mortal would have been someone else's angel. Therefore, if he/she has done his/her part as an angel, he/she should not have to endure the cruel fate:( So what now? 1) The game continues! if you haven't done anything yet please do try to do so:) it'll go on till a while after syf... And if you feel like doing more for your mortal please do so!:) 2) As syf draws near, we really hope that this system will be able to help us encourage each other and pull one another through this difficult period:) 3) Please DON'T try to reveal your identity as angels... if you have done so i guess it's perfectly fine... just that the mystery is gone haha... 4) Please don't be too stressed out by this i really hope that doing nice things don't put all of us under too much stress... Should be ok right? all choir people are nice people afterall:) shouldn't need much effort:) Any questions or EXTREME objections/unhappiness please approach anyone in comm:) Anyways, i hope that this angel and mortal system will be able to help us through SYF and whatever comes after:) LET GWH FOR SYF TOGETHER NJCHOIR FTW<3 2:06 PM
